Fully Finished Ebony & Silver Dodd Style Cello Bow Frog.

The Frogs are completely polished. Buttons and wedges are included. The button eye and the slide are of Mother of Pearl as is the heel plate. The button is two rings of silver with ebony core. The Front ring, with finely machined outer and inner collar, and the rear ring are silver with an ebony core between them.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend these for professional bow makers and artisans who regularly repair and service bows. The application of a frog to a bow requires skill and we have found too often that players and folks without professional experience in this application work will crack the ebony when attempting to get a good fit to the bow. We are then asked for a refund because the frog did not fit. We do refund but only after close inspection here. If the frog has been damaged we cannot refund your purchase. We HIGHLY recommend NOT purchasing unless you are having a professional bow maker/repair artisan apply the frog.
